With the new collector’s edition 2021 “Christmas gifts”, Hutschenreuther presents a true winter fairy tale on high-quality porcelain. Family and friends celebrate happily and give each other gifts. The hand-drawn illustrations from Renáta’s pen were adapted and implemented in every detail for each article. Elaborate, gold-trimmed decorative edges and golden stars make each piece special.
With her motifs drawn with great attention to detail, the artist invites you to bring joy to family, friends and relatives at Christmas, but also not to forget the animals in the cold, snow-covered nature.
The hand-painted figurine collection includes 10 different personalities, matching perfectly the Hutschenreuther collector’s editions. With this amazing figurines, every windowsill can become an idyllic Christmas village. The figurines were also designed by Renáta and seem to have been created directly from her drawings.
When it starts snowing outside, we make ourselves comfortable at home. We snack on homemade biscuits, enjoy a hot cup of coffee, tea or cocoa and conjure up atmospheric lighting with candles and table lights. The gifts from the "Christmas time" series spread a relaxed festive mood. The biscuit plates and star-shaped bowls, the stollen platter and the table light are decorated – just like the four different mugs – with a festive decoration in Christmassy red and green. The creamy-white of the bone china shards makes every article something special.
Fine Bone China
Typical Christmas! Red, green and gold characterise the Christmas service from Hutschenreuther. “Nora Christmas” has a fine, yet nostalgic, look and invites you to enjoy a cosy Advent coffee. The intricate garland with its lovingly crafted decorations stands out particularly well against the warm colouring of the bone china crockery. Each item has been designed individually. From rocking horses to Christmas bells, Santa boots to candy canes, toys to gift parcels, there is always something new to be discovered on every item.
NORA presents itself in a timelessly modern way. Plates, bowls and platters are multifunctional and flexible thanks to their soft lines. Whether cereal or salad, dessert or pasta: NORA always offers the right setting for a variety of pleasures on fine bone china. Simple - uncomplicated - individual.
Hutschenreuther - Porcelain under the banner of the lion
The 20-year-old porcelain painter Carolus Magnus Hutschenreuther laid the foundation for the first private porcelain factory in north-east Bavaria in 1814. Pipe bowls, handleless, richly ornamented cups, but also fruit dishes and dessert plates were some of the hot sellers of that initial period. Since then, Hutschenreuther has emerged as a stylish brand for enjoyable living and ingenious gift ideas. Today, we associate the traditional brand Hutschenreuther with the “Blue Onion” pattern and the timeless “Maria Theresia” design every bit as with the limited article collections – the limited Hutschenreuther Christmas bell, for example, is an inherent part of the Christmas festivities for many people.
Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, a number of service concepts, seasonal gift ideas and successful article collections kindle the desire for more. This is why Hutschenreuther shows itself in a contemporary modern light in 2014. New collections and a new lion underscore the current look without sacrificing consistency and tradition. Classics like the Maria Theresia design are experiencing a renaissance with new patterns, and gift ideas such as vases, bowls, boxes and figurative decoration articles form a significant part of the Hutschenreuther collections, too.
